Generic XML question

Hey I have a question, and I was looking on google but could not seem to find the answer...

I want to load images from an XML, but each would have a slightly different customized animation. LIke grow from small to large, then each would overlap in no specific order. Then they would move again.. etc..

So how would I go to load these images? I separate movie clips?
Can I resize them easily?

If someone could give me a direction to approach it would be awesome.

Loader( ) class is used for loading external movies and images, use your XML file to define your animation styles and use that as your reference
