Help downloading Box2D?

Hey

I have downloaded box 2D and I am following the tutorial on box2d for absolute begginers but my files dont look like the ones in the tutorial.\
So what is it I have to unzip or whatever i have to do. I have tryed opening the thing in the build folder but it doesnt work.

Please help!

ok wait i thought i had the problem sorted but it still doesnt look like it should. I want to no what i need to unzip.
and also i have the free winzip version.
