query about gestures/multi-touch

I have a quick question regarding "gestures/multitouch" in flash.
If I have a windows 7 machine which is using a compatible touch screen.
Would I be able to write apps in flash that would allow for multiple things to be dragged around on the screen?
so could I use my left hands index finger to move one box round the screen, while using my right hands index finger to move a different box round the screen?

If so are there any limits to points of ref with flash. for example could 4/5 people drag things round on a screen?
If there's no limitation with regards to flash I would assume it would come down to windows 7 or the touch screen in use.
