Any interest in testing my iPhone app?
I've been a long term member here but haven't shown my face in quite some time. I used to do 3d flash designs, etc and then went to cali for a career in acting, but now I am coming close to finishing my first iPhone app geared towards repair work. I need testers badly!
I own a 2nd gen iPod Touch but need some iPhone users who wouldn't mind giving me some feedback. Any of your time would be most appreciated!
I would give you a free download token upon it being available on iTunes.
need people with iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, iPod Touch 3rd Gen. The device must be iOS 4 compatible.
The App is called "Repair Ticket" and allows the user to track clients, add multiple repair tickets to each client and track multiple parts per repair ticket and then export the information as either a CSV spreadsheet or PDF invoice. The user can also track the vendor of the parts along with information relavent to invoices.
If this is the wrong place to post this for maximum exposure, I apologize.

No problem posting here, Vatcher. Very useful sounding app. Now you just need to port it to Android .

I'm testing it for Vatcher... cool app guys. But as of late, I've gotten so goshdarn busy that I've been lacking on giving reports and stuff.

Unfortunately I have no plans to port to android. I love the iPhone far to much.
For anyone interested just email me directly at RepairTicketApp@gmail.com with "beta tester" in the subject line.

It appears the beta testing is a bust. I havn't received any interest at all aside from asheep, but his device is incompatible with iOS 4. My macrumors post also hasn't been responded to. Guess I'll hope for the best.
Gerbick, get that phone fixed! Your my only hope!

I'd test it if it were on Android.

I'm not that hard to imitate. Just make some random negative claim at Apple or anything else for that matter and then have nothing to back it up.

It's a nice app, I look forward to it when it gets on the App Store.

With his help I was able to iron out the areas that I was unsure about. I just uploaded my app to Apple for review so I'll let everyone know the outcome.
Thanks again for the interest and feedback!

Sorry about not getting back to you... the gosh darn Apple folks pissed me off. So now... I'm rocking an Android phone - courtesy of AT&T.

I just want to know if Vatcher has made anymore home movies.

I haven't made home movies in a long time. When I moved away from Los Angeles I stopped making film.

I have a 3G I use to test apps, but I'm about to throw it away in favor of an iPhone 4, since the iOS4 upgrade made it unusable.
I'll send the device ID of the iPhone 4 when it arrives.

Dumbest partial post ever.
The best part of the Android is Verizon. The worst part of the iPhone is AT&T. Why on earth would you mix that up.

Easy. To annoy ****ing idiots like you. Android isn't tied down to one carrier, let alone one that still is bucking the GSM standard and still using the antiquated CDMA standard. Enjoy that inability to talk and use data at the same time.
Anything else you wish to add?
