Flash Page Transitions

I would like to apply this transition to my web page but i have no idea how to make the transition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can create the animation of that transittion in a movieclip, then add that animation as a mask for the page you are trying to transition

I need someone to code it for me. I know nothing about flash but i have got a website made in flash and need the transitions doing for me.
