Anonymous email form

I have a field in an fla and a send button. I want the user to be able to send the information within the field without inputting an email address or anything like that.

I know I need a PHP file to send it, can anyone help me sort this out as I have set it up and it doesn't seem to work? Also what Actionscript do I need to make this work?

where is the email going to? (always the same place?)
