Music is lagging when published

I created a flash animation... and I added music to it. The music is synced up perfectly when I go to Test Movie. But when I publish it as swf, the music lags behind the image a few seconds. Also, I published it as an EXE as well... and the EXE works fine... It is only the published swf that is a little off. Anybody know why this is? Thanks in advance.

within the animation clip, add another layer of sound and choose stream instead of event or start,

scrub the timeline to see the animation, the sound will play along as well, tweak the animation to suit your needs.
