REQ: A Very Simpe News/Content Manager in PHP

Hello again, once again i need some help, Im looking for a very simple script to post news for mobile devices, something very basic that would let me log in post an title image and a link to the full article or a download link. Anyone knows of such a script, im sure there is alot of them around i just need a name or where to look for such a script.

For which range of handset you are targeting?

Will it RSS, PHP+MySQL, ASP.net ................

well i will try to target iPod Touch and iPhones at the most but i need it to work for as many phones as possible.

Like This A perfect example.

You see how it only shows five posts per page? i need something like that
