Image re-creation

Hi guys,

doing some research for my dissertation and I just want to kno if something is possible is AS3.

I want the page to be drawn as in intro animation. For example the screen is blank at first and then the image is drawn from the outside in a thin line until the whole page is drawn and then fade the lines into the actual design.

I have saw examples of this online and have looked for one to attach to this post but just my luck I can't find any so I hope you understand what I am looking for.

technically yes it's possible, but wouldn't be easy. it's probably not something that'd have a lot of code - if i understand what you want correctly, it's probably most appropriately done as a frame-by-frame animation.

I agree with moagrius. In coding you will have to code in every stroke which will be a lot of trouble. No shortcuts here.
