    How to link animation to sound?

    Hi all,
    I want to make an animated graphic related to playing sound..
    I mean I'll attach sound to a sound object and while sound is playing I want to animate the graphic if there is an audio and stop the animation if there is a silence or no audio ..
    something like (Spectrum Analyzer)
    how can I make that, and excuse me for my poor English.

    is it a button you push to see the animated graphic
    is the animated graphic going to be instantly playing when you load the flash?

    it is a simple lipsing animation, so I want to load sound file and play it,
    I want to track the sound if not a silence part in the sound file, I'll tell the movie to play, and tell it to stop if a silence
