Button with animation problem

Hello, I have several buttons (copies of the same button) with animation. I need to play that animation only once when cursor is over that button - that already works. But if the animation within that button plays (button is transparent) and you place the cursor over that button, animation start from the beginning with the disappearing of blue color. Is it possible to remain it white, or is it possible (when the animation aldready plays) play it from frame 10? Thank you!
