export layers to jpgs in photoshop CS5
I know there is an option for this in CS5 but I can't get it to work where it also trims the image to the correct pixel size like fireworks can do.
When I go to Scripts > export layers to files
It exports the layers but they are the document size and not the exact size of the pixels in that layer.
Is there anyway to accomplish this in PS
Thanks

Choose "PNG24" from the File Type pop-up and make sure "Trim Layers" is checked.

Thanks jtranber,
The only problem is I need it to be an optimized jpg not a PNG.
Thanks

Since "Export Layers to Files" is a script, you can modify the script to trim the layers like the PNG options work. If you need help, check out ps-scripts.com, someone there could probably help you modify it to do what you want.
