Flash racing game - need a programmer

Hello everyone...

I need a quotation for a flash racing game (preferably AS3)

Theme...

User will input his/hers name at the start of the game... Then goes to a screen where he/she has to choose a car out of 5... Then starts to play...

The point is that the user picks up sparks on the road that give 10 points... More sparks more points... Also there will be a timer If user doesnt finish the stage before timer does the game ends... If however user succeeds then moves to next level... There will be 3 levels all together .. At the end of the game screen shows top 5 scores with players names...

All graphics will be provided for everything... only need the AS and php (or anyother side scripting language) for this..
