Creating online video with Flash CS3?

    Hello everyone,
I want to create flash animations for online video. It's been a long time since I have tried this, and that was back in the Flash MX days. Do the same rules apply? In other words, video does not carry over Movie Clips and ActionScript?
Can anyone tell me the best way to do flash animation for online video? Should it all be done in the main keyframe? What about nested graphics?
    Thanks

The same rules would apply in CS3. Graphic symbols are fine, movie clip symbols will only show their first frame. Actionscript will not work.

Now in CS4 and up, Flash has a video export option where it will playback the .swf and capture it as it plays. In that case movie clips and Actionscript will apply (at least during the capture part of the process).

Actually I guess it's in CS3 and up.
