    Pulsating graphic

    I want to make a red arrow that looks like it is slowly pulsation. Slowly going from dark red til red and back.
    I tried with some motion tweening, but that didn't cut it.

    How is it done?

    I'm using version MX.

    I forgot to mention that the arrow is made in photoshop to be able to make it more 3d like. I'm not sure that can be done in flash.
