flash animation in MS outlook

i have a banner with a flash animation in it. And it needs to go as a mail in MS office outlook 2007. Have i gone crazy or is this somehow possible. Please advice.

I tried GIF, but it also didn't work. Is there a workaround. please advice

It doesn't talk about 2007, but 2007 is actually worse at displaying HTML than 2003:
