Which Flash Media Server do I use to record into an MP3?

I know that I can use FMS to record input from a microphone into a wav or mp3. What I want to know is which one I should use? There is Streaming, Interactive, and Enterprise, and none of their features make any sense to me.

All I want to do is have a Flash app in a browser that records what someone says, then saves it into a sound file. Then the file is uploaded to a web server and through a website people can play the sound file, but this part has nothing to do with FMS so yeah.

Also I'm guessing I have to make use of NetStream.publish (null, "record")?
