FLV's Play smooth in Firefox but not in IE?

Hi guys newbie here......

I've tried searching the board and couldn't find this problem posted anywhere else.

Basically my .FLV movies seem to play nice and smooth in Firefox etc but judders in IE. I've tried lowering the bitrate to but nothing seems to work.

I don't understand how it only effects IE.

The file has been created in Windows movie maker live and converted to FLV.

Any advice much appreciated.
