help - Mountain bike game tutorial

Hi Guys, I'm new to this forum but I'm hoping you can help me as I'm getting really stuck.

I have made a few small games in flash (a turkey shoot and a little racing game) but I really want to make a mountain bike game now simaler to this one

but obviously with a mountain biker...

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good tutorial to do this (or set of tutorials that cover all the skills required). I'm not doing this for money but just a fun project for myself as I'm trying to learn more flash.

scroll down to truck car game. i need to tell you that this requires some skill not only with flash but with the box2d physics engine.
