    Can you recommend a quality Flash player - for web page?

    You mean like an authoring environment? Something other than... say, Flash CS5?

    There's FlashDevelop, which is very similar to Visual Studio, except for Actionscript. It is however, only for coding. If you want to create symbols or animations, you're out of luck.

    I don't know of any CS5-like environments.
