    Post Looking for hire

While I say "looking for hire" I also am thinking that I just want cooperative team experience. I'm not looking for pay. But I do not have any team experience in game development and have only made solo projects thus far.

The purpose of this post is just to be able to team up with someone looking for a team member.

I am terribly uncreative when it comes to graphics but my strong suit is actionscripting(as2 and as3) and some other tech.

I have a brilliant game idea but I am lacking in enough knowledge to produce some of the key features I have in mind for it.

I feel some examples of my work are needed.

This example I feel, shows that I can handle sprites and an expansive network of frames(A,D to move, space to enter/exit warthog):

This example is an earlier work of mine in 3d in flash (X,Y,Z to rotate, hold SHIFT to reverse direction):

This example is a really old test that shows I can handle pixel level collisions:

This example shows my work with ragdoll physics:

This... Well, is a flash based website I started making, there is a 3d engine in this (to access 3d part close the interface and use w,a,s,d,q,e and mouse to maneuver the camera):

This is a terrain attempt using the same 3d engine above:

And this is a chat with a variety of features that I made using a basic xmlsocket server and flash:

Your demos show a good understanding of Flash, but none of them look polished or complete. I would say start focusing on a single concept and make a decent game out of it (assuming you want to make games) and then try to find an artist after getting something playable together.

The Halo demo looks like a good start, just turn that into a game. Get title menus, levels start and finish, maybe a few levels with enemies. Then maybe check on different art forums like http://pixelation.wayofthepixel.net/ or http://www.pixeljoint.com/ or maybe even http://forums.tigsource.com/ to see if anyone wants to help out.
