    Tilt + full screen

How can I ease out the rotation and tilt on mousemove, like this.

    http://simpleviewer.net/tiltviewer/

This is exactly what I want.I tried it,but I am not getting this ease out.It rotates in 3D along with mouse, not any ease-ing.

Can anyone help me with this?

And another question is that, most of the Flash websites are full screen. They occupy full browser window. How do I achieve that?
