    export SWF dimensions.

    Hi!

I can't remember how to make sure when I publish my swf it remains contained in the movie. I have elements which "overhang" the artboard and when I publish to iWeb it shows everything when the link is clicked. If I watch the movie on my own computer it plays 640 x 640 (yes, a square) but even though I've adjusted the "publish settings" I believe, to the desired dimensions the SWF still shows all.

Anyone help me access SWF export settings or something?
    Thanks!

i believe that would be in the HTML that you would need to make sure that dimensions are specified as 640 x 640. check where you are embedding the swf in HTML, and make sure it isn't 100% or some other numbers.

the other thing is that if swfs are just opened in a browser, they generally take the size of the browser window

    Thumbs up Work-around

Yah. If iWeb didn't blow so hard it wouldn't be a problem. I got to thinking though and I put a mask the dimensions of the movie around the movie clip in the main timeline and now it works.

    yay!
