Please help drop down menu swish max 4

I've been away from this site for a while so I want to say Hello to everyone again

I need some help. I can not get started on a horizontal drop down menu.
I've downloaded some sample files but they do not contain enough fly out sub menus.
I looked into the menu component in SwishMax 4 but i can't figure it out. I've tried ajax menu builder, Fireworks and a few others . I'm working in Dreamweaver to build the site but i have fallen back on Swish because onace again it does everything I want . Except for the nav bar

Basically I am trying to make horizontal menu with 3 main headings and 3 sub levels
    ( see attached)
can anyone help me? Steer me in the right direction?

    Much appreciated

    thanks

    Thanks Fret
    Already posted there

I really didn't think this would be that complicated
I've assembled some awesome components, such as a fade out re sizable background etc etc but the only hold-back has been the nav bar.

BTW are you the Famous Frets that used to have his own swish help site?
