What do I have to do?

What do I have to do to be able to add motion to the text on the different panels?

Also, I want to change the text Panel1... to a button. But when I click on the button it doesn't do the panel action. How do I modify the actionscript so that the button will act according to the panel (i.e. the panel will slide to the side). Right now if I click on the button nothing happens (other than the up/down states) but if I click below the button, the action script will occur.
