Simple XML ActionScript banner

Hi!

I'm not familiar with ActionScript so I'm looking for someone who can make a flash banner for me. I'm a PHP/JS/HTML developer so that will be an advantage in communication

1) Project Details:
I'm looking for a flash expert who can make a flash banner which loads it's settings from a (dynamic) URL. Please take a look at this image for a complete explanation: http://i55.tinypic.com/nq767t.png

I hope you can quote a good price. I have more flash work (larger projects) to be done in the near future if I'm satisfied with the results.

What I provide:
Images/banner design as jpg (or other preferred format)
URL to the settings file (if XML or another format is preferred, that's also an option instead of plain text)

What I expect:
Clean and understandable code so I can make small changes (for example the rotation speed of the products)
Source file (FLA)
