    Banners that have the city your from

    Hey!!

    long time lurker! first time poster..


    Can anyone help me out?

    I'm wondering how to make banners that have the city or state that your from in them.

    It's probably based off IP but how do you code that into a flash banner?


    any help would be great...

    Hi,

    I just know that maxmind.com has data files to do the lookup, so your movie would call a server script and get a country or city name back. You have to display that response in your banner
