    Question about free sounds/music on this site

    I have a feeling this is the wrong place to put this but I'm not sure where else it would go. I have a question concerning the free sounds and music available on this website. Are you allowed to use them in games that you're making money off of? I just wanted to be sure ahead of time as I had trouble finding the answer on this site, and dont want to run into possible legal issues. Thank you.

    The license type is submitted along with each resource on FlashKit, ie: Freeware, Linkware or Sharware and all resources are royalty free for your use, but all rights remain with the author. Its always my recommendation and my practice, to double check with the author, or at least make the attempt to do so using the contact information provided with each resource when you plan on using those resources in your project. That's being due-diligent and would stand-up in most US courts.
