How difficult to recreate something similar to this...

Hi, we are a team of 2 .net developers with absolutely zero experience of FLASH development, creating a website with a section for sharing photos online.

We have created the site in .net with a database back end but are looking to use either flash or HTML5 for a nice user interface for users to create book style photo albums online (uploading photos, choosing templates + backgrounds, adding text etc).

We have come across a site called www.printerpix.com which is quite close to what we are aiming to achieve with this part of our site (video guide link: http://www.printerpix.co.uk/PopUps/P...e-NewPhotoBook).

Before going any further we're just looking for an educated opinion on how long/difficult creating something similar in flash would be for 2 newbies? Is there a steep learning curve for Flash even for people with a developer background? Any comments/opinions welcome...

Also, would Adobe FlashBuilder be the best program for something like this? It looks like there are a number of programs to choose from which seem to do the same thing?
