    Canon G12

Bought one today with a 8GB card. Already looking for the firmware hack to put magic lantern on it. I am really excited about this camera. It is going to become my new go to camera since I can just toss it in my shoulder bag when I'm out and about. So I should be posting a bit more hopefully. I like the little video it can do as well. Will work in a pinch to capture something.

As much as the Fuji X100 was tempting me I just couldn't bring myself to spend $1200 on a camera with a fixed lens.

Hopefully by the end of the summer I want the underwater housing and the underwater lighting kit. Also the wide/tele converter kit. Should be a nice little kit when I'm done.

Here's a quick shot. Sorry for the delay. I have been very creatively inspired lately with a lot of different projects but this summer I really want to go back into photography A LOT more.

Who's in if I do a little bit of spring cleaning soon?

I'm considering getting the G12 to upgrade my current G9, too bad I have the underwater housing for it as well, might sell them, any interests?

as for the under water lighting, man, there are tons if DIY solutions including a 4" PVC tube with LED lights and a small drilled hole to wire an on-off switch and also with transparent Plexiglass for the lids, take a look and save yourself a bundle of money
