Flash Video Won't Open and Play in Online Site

When I upload my Flash Video files to the online server, the HTML page opens but the Flash Video doesn't open and play. If I open the HTML page in preview mode in Dreamweaver CS5, the HTML page opens and the Flash Video plays OK. I have tried using the Adobe Media Encoder to produce the FLV file as well as tried exporting the FLV from Adobe Premiere CS 5.5, but neither makes any difference. The Flash Video still doesn't play when files are uploaded to the site online. I have also tried using different versions of Flash Professional to create and publish the SWF movie file, but nothing I try seems to make the Flash Video open and play online. The test site I have set up is http:www.hgatest.org --- then you can click the “video” link to open the Flash Video. You can then see what I am talking about. Please help. This just started happening about 6 months ago and it has been driving me crazy. Any ideas will be helpful. Thanks, Joe K.
