I have a web based Flash 5 Actionscript 2 program. It was written for desktop browsers. It uses mouse operations for dragging. It accepts keyboard input of text and numeric values.

I would like to use a conversion tool to generate apps from this program for Android tablets and phones as well as iPad and iPhone.

What tools would best suit this task?

Would the generated apps automatically replace the mouse operations with touch gestures?
