Trouble publishing iOS IPA with CS6

Hello,

I've created a fairly simple app in CS6 and am having trouble publishing it out. I have the developer certificate, the provisioning profile and the app name used for the provisioning profile (com.parabolicgames.noisinoisi).

What happens is the publishing starts and the progress bar pops up with a 1:20 time estimate, then it moves along to about 45%, then just disappears.

When trying to install the app to a device, iTunes syncs then gives an unknown error message and the number 0xE8000009.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I had the exact same problem last week. Updated and it was fixed.
