image section/hover on mouseover

Hi all,

I am completely new at flash and have not touched it for at least 10 years and would appreciate some help.


Basically i have a digram/image which has been cut up into several sections with different information on it. What i need is, when each section of the image is hovered over, i would like that section of the image to grow/expand and change colour - possibly show some text/hyperlink, so it appears to be popping up at the user.


I have had a brief look on this forum but have yet to find any help on what i need.

Any help would be appreciated,
