Looking for help with AS3 freeze glitch

Hi Guys

I am totally stuck on a problem with AS3. I am running a script that creates random bubbles following a mouse cursor, and the bubbles "get stuck" when other transitions play in the foreground. I have tried moving the layer and also using symbols for animations, but nothing seems to work. I would really appreciate if someone could help me.
