Change Keyboard Type on Android (and iOS?)

Hello,

I am working in CS6 using the AIR for Android document template.

I know on Android apps I've used the developers are able to change the keyboard type based on what needs to be input. So for a tip calculator for example the developer can force Android to open an alpha-numeric keyboard for that. Or in a web browser, the developer can get the keyboard to open with the ".com" button.

Is there a way we can do that with ActionScript? Also, is it possible to do this on iOS?
