Page Flip website tutorial

I need a good tutorial on how to create a the page flip animation using AS 2.0 or preferably AS 3.0.

P.S Sorry if this has been posted earlier. Also please don't tell me to de-compile it and check the code. I need be be able to create it from scratch.

I assume it has to be Flash / FLASH AS3 and not Flash / FLEX Application development software ??? as in FLEX that type of book or Booklet is available, works well as well it is FREE! for some time now. regards aktell
