Video quality different between IE9 and Firefox 18

    Hello,

I hope i'm posting to the right forum. I'm having a problem with the quality of my flash video when displayed in IE9.
If you compare the video quality between the two browsers here you will see that IE9 appears to be making the contents
larger causing the video quality to be poor: http://www.ciaastepshows.com/splash2013_vid2.html
Has anyone else experienced this? Here are the steps used to created the video:

    1. created a MP4 video from video editor Sony Vegas Pro 11
    2. converted video to flv using Adobe's video encoder for CS6
    3. imported video in Flash CS6 and published as .html and SWF
    4. added SWF to webpage in Dreamweaver CS6 and uploaded to server

Question: Are there any recommendations for adding video to a webpoage and maintain the quality across browsers?

    Thanks,
    Troy
