    Question Penalty shoot out game

    Hi,

I was wondering how easy or difficult it would be to make a Flash penalty shoot out game. I have seen plenty of these online so maybe there are some resource files already out there. It would need to collect scores into a database for a high score chart. Directional buttons for controls and goalie movement.

    Many thanks for the help

    R

Maybe you can try the Penalty Shootout Generator. It should help you create Flash-based penalty shoot out game.

He's not looking for a soccer game. He was wondering how easy or difficult it would be to make a Flash penalty shoot out game - I'm assuming he's creating one but was trying to figure out how to make the penalty shootout work.

    Hi,

I haven't made a Penalty Shoot out Game yet, in flash. But in my mind (i envisioned), i think it should be possible & pretty easy i guess (to get it working, but might work hard to polish it to some level).

Can be done in either 2D (easy) or 3D (pretty difficult i guess).
Can use Scoroid for Score Backend.
If you know a little bit of trigonometry, you can work out a logic of ball movement in 2D, and scaling the ball for 3D effect.
Check collision with goalie and ball at a particular position to check whether it gets hit or not.

I may make a demo of it if i might get some free time. Feel free to send me any doubts regarding this.
