Creating a Animated Banner with Round Corners

Hello to everyone!

I'm having problems to create a round animated banner. I create a shape with round corners and insert an image under it and go to Shape Operations-Intersect.

I see that my Image/shape is with round corners.. exactly as i want. But if i put a effect like Mistery in... then my rounded corners arent anymore in place.. Because all the canvas take the zoom effect.

I need to have my canvas with size 320x213px with rounded corners.. so all the effects / pictures / texts i will make will stay in place and the rounded corners of my animated banner will be allways the same size .
