Unable to import huge size videos in flash

I am having a video file of size around 200MB and I want to export this in runtime using SWF. But when i choose the option import video, it showing me the error: It consumes too much memory import with playback component. But the problem with that is i can't share the SWF alone. I need to give the video also. Is there a way that to import any huge size videos so that they can be shared in runtime? I am using Flash Professional CS5.5

What are you trying to do exactly? Share?

If you need to play a video, convert the video to .fla (use adobe media encoder - free software with Flash). You can send the .fla wherever the .swf goes. There are many ways to play an .fla.

I think It's not '.fla'.... Maybe...

What you want to say.... I guess ".flv" of media file.

Oh, yeah, sorry! That was bad.

I meant to say .flv Flash video.

If you need to play a video, convert the video to .flv (use adobe media encoder - free software with Flash). You can send the .flv file wherever the .swf file goes. There are many ways to play an .flv. You can code your own player, use somebody else's code, or use Flash's component.
