Flash videos uploaded to Facebook are low quality

    Hi,

Wow, I haven't been here in a bazillion years! Nice to be back here.

I created a simple timeline animation in Flash CC (1280x720: 24fps) and I exported the video. When I play the MOV or MP4 locally, it looks really good. I uploaded it to Youtube and it still looked good. However, when I upload it to Facebook, it looks like crap.

I tried different dimensions but same result.

    Has anyone experienced this?

    Thanks.

why don't you stream the video from your server and embed your own swf player on fb? nothing should affect quality if its your player. I think if you want something to look good on fbs player it probably has to have the exact compression they recommend and dimensions.
