CorelDraw X3 : Error 1606

I am trying to install CorelDraw Grahpics Suite x3, midway through the installation process up pops the following:

"Error 1606. Could not access network location ."

PLEASE HELP!

Try being connected to the internet??

Goto Start -> Control Panel -> Network Connections

Make sure both say connected while installing/downloading
If you are still experiencing the issue you can try CorelDraw Fix Toolbox https://www.fixtoolbox.com/coreldrawfix.html
