    Looking for junior developers or interns

    My company is in the process of trying to acquire some junior developers and/or interns for our Sydney office. Does anyone have any advice on how we could search for these types of people?

    Predominantly we'd be looking for flash or mobile developers. We're currently contacting the local universities in Sydney trying to gauge interest but would appreciate any other ideas.

    I think creating a job posting on the local website will be quite enough. There are a lot of junior developers that want to boost their skill and take part in your project.
