Windows 10 and Chrome

Hi,
I have multiple flash projector files ( Flash 8) that have been working fine on windows xp and 7 machines.
We have moved over to windows 10 and the latest build of chrome and now all buttons to open external url's
do not work.
I have searched high and low to find the answer but to no avail. Can anybody please help.

Well I have the c++ file to execute swfs inside its like a projector but you can set its sizes and stuff with program.
