    Hello

Hi, I am an game designer who uses Flash primarily for animation and graphics. I use Macromedia Flash Professional 8 and have done sence I was a student. I was disturbed to see the poor treatment of the program over the years, I've always found it highly versatile. What versions do you use?

Right now I am currently using AS3 which could be used as a desktop client with Adobe Air, You could also take advantage of some of the c++ pipes that you can compile as a beginner to transfer usb data between the AS3 socket and your hardware such as a fingerprint sensor to login much simpler to the client, alot of the hardware you can implement to your project require your own logic for the most part though. The best way to start would be to use an MCU to handle the data transfers between AS3 socket & often times you can leave out the MCU and switch to just a $1 usb to TTL piece once you finish setting up the workflow.

For me cs4 will still remain the best version.
