Future applications that don't actually use the OS

This is a future project I want to set up where my applications will look like they are inside the OS but it is actually only using 4 values from the os and drawing from a separate processor on the hdmi pins.

x,y,width,height of the blank window

And also maybe somehow load programs to the new chip that draws over everything.

Who likes the idea that you can unplug your computer and your application can still be there?

For android/ios versions it will require you to connect a custom ribbon cable with the drawing processor on the lines to the phones logic board.



Where the application will not be running from the Mobile OS but just instantiated.
