    suggestion : dont go to the site anymore, trying to figure out that navigation almost killed me.

    Arrow am not

    am not sure if u were wondering about the way they actually got the flash menu functioning or the general layout ...
    well if it is the general layout then .. they have the flash on the left frame.. and for every button they click
    they use the target as the main frame on the right which is hTML ...
    u can do that using the get URL and in the window mentioning the name of the frame..
    and the flash menu musnt be too difficult to do either .

    seems like a pretty straighforward frameset and Get URL action. nice menu animations, though...
