Send values to a swf from another program...

Hi! See, I have this problem, and I'll explain what I'm trying to do: I have this app I made miself - a CD Player again (In VB, but soon I'll do it in C++). I need to send from this host app some variable values (As current track, current time, etc...) to the embedded flash file, so these values are displayed in the flash file.
It's very easy to send values and commands from the swf to the host app with the FS Command.... but, is there any equivalent to send from the host app to the Flash file?
If there isn't, but it is a workaround for this, I'll appreciate this (LOTS!) much..... thanx...

They are called Flash Player Methods and they can be used in VB-
