first of all "Scene !" was ment to be "Scene 1"
if i put a goto and play to frame 30 command at Scene's 1 first frame then every time that Scene 1 is played it will start at frame 30 following the goto command. Thats not what i want.
I want to give to a button inside a independent the "action"
so that when it is pressed it will go to a frame outside of the clip-like the frame 30 of the external Scene 1....
Can u help...???

Alright
if you put.....
Tell Target (_level0)
GoTo and Play (30)
End Tell Target
That tells Flash to look in the top level (ie MainTimeLine) for frame 30 and to play from there.
hope this helps.
see ya
